I called and filed a claim with my insurance and after the first evaluation, they sent over a consultant from AEG. Our consultants name was Shane Blanchard and I couldn’t possibly say enough about how amazing he was. He arrived promptly at the beginning of the time window I was given, introduced himself with a firm handshake and explained what he was going to do. He was extremely professional and probably one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met. After he was done, he explained to us what was going to happen next and answered all of our questions.
